We invest in ETA through the search fund model, self-funded search, and management buy-ins and buyouts. We are not constrained by a specific ETA model. We invest in great deals and high-performing teams.

We focus on businesses in need of succession suitable for leveraged buyouts, typically with EBITDA between €1-5 million. They are profitable, well-established, with strong fundamentals, loyal customers, and significant growth potential.

We typical invest between €0.5 million to €2.0 million, taking minority positions supported by excellent cap tables.

Drawing on our extensive experience in Private Equity, ETA and Search Funds—combined with rigorous research and a proprietary evaluation framework—we support searchers in taking over firms primed for growth and strong exit outcomes.
